Event Structure

Teams will sign up to a  single elimination cup.
Each round must be played within a week of the Scheduled date. Clans must organise a date and time within this week with their opponents. If two opponents fail to decide on a date and time, this will then be set by a Devotii admin.
Clans and Squads
The event will be a 4v4 team based game.
Clans may enter multiple squads into this event you may also have reserves listed in each squad for the online section of the event.
 

Hosting the game

Games must be hosted by the player with the best all round connection please test this before the game is due to start by contacting your opponents via the website.
Please play a small warm up when the teams are all connected to make sure there are no connection problems prior to starting the game.

No Cover System abuse to allow access to areas of the map not normally accessible or to gain access on top of any objects not normally reachable in the game.
No using the Cover System to grenade spam. This does not include Blind Firing or normal use of cover mode.
Any team member found to be breaking any of these rules will result in loss of the round repeated infractions will result in a default game. All rule breaking must be evidenced by a video of the game submitted to the admin team.

Maps will be selected for each round by the admin team.

Schedule

Each round must be played within a week of the Scheduled date. Clans must organise a date and time within this week with their opponents. If two opponents fail to decide on a date and time, this will then be set by a Devotii admin.

It is the clan’s responsiblity to check the schedule and contact each other. Playing a delayed time is acceptable as long as the game is played on that evening. Please try to enter the scores and results as quick as possible to ensure the smooth running of the event.
If a team does not show up for the allotted match time and has made no effort to contact the opposing side 20 mins after the scheduled match time the game is entered as a default win to the waiting team. A default score will also be entered if the any team does not have a full squad in the game by the 20 min time buffer.
If any player loses connection the game must continue. Games should be played in the best spirits and sportsmanship.
At least one member of each team must take a digital photo of the end of round scores, in case of dispute. (And for forum bragging).
We take Gamesmanship very seriously at devotii. Verbal abuse will not be tolerated. Please do not use excessive foul language. Please remember what your team finds acceptable others may not. Please treat other teams with a friendly attitude; good teams let the game do the talking.
Any reports of unsporting behaviour will be taken very seriously and may result in exclusion from the event.
